Aiguille du Midi
The cable car which reaches the Aiguille du Midi leaves from Chamonix at 1035 meters and arrives at 3842 meters where the panoramic terraces offer a 360° view over the whole mountain range of Italy, France and Switzerland. Through a lift it is possible to reach the highest terrace with a spectacular view over Mont Blanc.
Mer de Glace glacier and Montenvers train
The Montenvers rack railway has a charme linked to the history of Chamonix and its mountains. Reaching the 1913 meters will be an extraordinary and memorable experience with a view over the Mer de Glace glacier, le Drus and the Grandes Jorasses. Chamonix Golf Club
The Chamonix Golf Club has been designed by the architect Sir R. Trent Jones and is located on a flat ground at the feet of the highest and most beautiful Alpine peaks: the Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles Rouges and the Drus. The Golf Club has 18 holes, it’s 6076 meters long and 72 meters large. The field is technical, very scenic, with small water obstacles and protected by many bunkers. This Club also offers a training area with 32 places, 14 of which are indoor, 2 putting green and pitching green.
